Important plan updates for 2026

While some UCare health plans have been acquired by Medica, for now, nothing changes for you as a UCare member. Your coverage and network are the same. 

What do you need to do?

  • Keep going to your appointments and filling prescriptions as usual
  • Use your UCare member ID when you get care
  • Pay attention to messages from UCare. We’ll reach out to you when there are any changes or updates.

For questions, or if a provider says they can't see you due to insurance, call UCare Customer Service or send a secure message in your online member account.

UCare Minnesota was placed into Rehabilitation by order of the District Court, Second Judicial District, County of Ramsey on December 17, 2025.
